 Track your chronic pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia, anything going on with you!

 This item is more personal to those of you suffering from chronic pain or illness like myself! I recently started making these for myself and really enjoyed being able to track the good from the bad days. Personally, I like to track by pain severity as I suffer from NDPH (24/7 migraines), however, I left the boxes blank so that you can change these however you see fit. Print it multiple times to track a variety of symptoms or if it simply takes you time to figure out your tracking sweet spot <3. I truly hope this helps!
